These terms apply to jambox.site and, together with each app’s end-user license, to JamBox applications including Boardhood. By using the site or an app, you agree to these terms.
The studio and the products
JamBox operates this website and develops the applications listed here. Boardhood is provided as a free consumer app unless we clearly communicate a charge. We may change, suspend, or discontinue a product.
Acceptable use
You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misrepresent JamBox products, interfere with other users, or use the services for unlawful, abusive, hateful, or sexually exploitative content. Boardhood maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation, and content involving minors.
Your content
If an app lets you post photos, text, or other content, you remain responsible for it. You grant JamBox a license to host and display that content as needed to operate the service. We may remove content and restrict accounts that violate these terms.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. It is part of how you and JamBox work together.
Disclaimer and liability
Apps and this site are provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JamBox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
